The Penfield Wegmans on Sunday will host a party celebrating the launch of the new Fisher-Price Buffalo Bills Little People collector set.

The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday outside the store, 2157 Penfield Road, to note the product launch. The Buffalo Bills earlier this week announced the release of the second edition of Fisher Price's Little People "Go Bills!" figure set. This latest three-figure set will feature miniatures of quarterback Josh Allen, wide receiver Stefon Diggs and head coach Sean McDermott.

Firefighters from Penfield Volunteer Fire Department and the Fisher-Price fire truck will be on hand in the store's parking lot during the event. Attendees can take part in family-friendly activities, including games, face painting and a coloring station. Bill's mascot Billy Buffalo will be at the event.

Limited-edition Little People sets will also be on sale during the event, as will authentic autographed Bills' merchandise, according to a news release from Wegmans.

Each set cost $19.99 (plus tax) with all net proceeds donated to The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation, which supports the John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital. Sales from the first-edition "Let's Go Buffalo" Little People set last year raised more than $700,000 for the hospital. Bills officials said they hope to raise at least $1 million for the hospital in 2022.

Wegmans is limiting purchase of each collectable set to one per customer, according to signs posted at the Penfield store, which did not have any sets in stock on Thursday. Store officials said they will have a "limited number" of sets available at the Sunday event. Bills'-themed Little People shirts and hats will also be available to purchase.

The set is available at Wegmans stores in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and Southern Tier, while supplies last, according to a news release from the Bills. Wegmans officials said stores in Buffalo and Rochester will be receiving more sets soon.
